DECLARED MONUMENTS IN NIGERIA
Mai Jimina's House at Mushishi:
This is the site of the house which was occupied by the first three British
army officer to be stationed at Wushishi during the initial campaigns
against Abubakari Estu Nupe and against Ibrahim Emir of Kontagora in the
very early years of the present century.
The three officers were known as Mai Jimina, Mai Hakorin Yaki and Mai
Farin Kai.
Declaration:
Declared Historic Monument on 13th February, 1962 under N/Authority within
one hundred feet on either side of the crest of Mai Jimina's House Wushiahi.
